Metallic roof tiles and trapezoidal sheets for roofs, for walls and covering of industrial warehouses - are produced from the highest quality steel sheets according to the European Norms for production, tolerance and inspection:
- galvanized sheets - EN 10327, zinc coat from 100 to 275 gr/m2;
- pre-painted galvanized sheets – EN 10142
Topcoat: 1st layer = primer(basic coat) 5 microns
2nd layer = 20 microns
Back coat: layer = 5 - 7 microns
The sheets are covered with a layer of super-polyester (PVDF) – layer that offers UV and corrosion resistance and also against aggressive substances.
Surface appearance of the sheets: semi-gloss, low-gloss or mat.
